How To: Wear Your Favorite Movie
This week’s installment: Adventures in Babysitting! What’s not to love about this classic? A fresh-faced Elizabeth Shue, vaguely racist jazz bar scenes, and steamy Bradley Whitford. He seriously did not get enough play as a heartthrob. Just me? Anyway. I revisited this movie recently and noticed that a lot of the clothes are making a comeback! Chris Parker’s classic Vintage boyfriend camel coat - I really want someone I know to rock this. This is an awesome coat.
A brightly colored scarf - this one’s a striped cowl in a chunky knit.
A super cute update to the fair isle sweater. (Fair Isle is actually back in right now!)
A feminine take on Thor’s helment, in brooch form
Brad’s letterman’s jacket - I was thinking for girls, but apparently this one’s unisex. This is kind of an outrageous trend, in my opinion, but navy and white is pretty classic and just subtlely athletic.
